I want to assume that the restaurant in Carretera Km. 21.5 es the much better.
We ordered was the pepperoni pizza and Corral Burrito which was not necessarily a burrito outside of a flour tortilla with a good filling of steak and onions and cabbage I believe. [Food was great but not a wow, I would it can be better]
The location : please consider it’s about an hour and 15 minutes away from the main city of Guatemala. Lotta twists and turns to get there, but overall the road is fine. I’d have to go to the other location to determine which one is worth it. This restaurant has three main sections. I would say the main level and two upper levels. The Decour is very nice and matches the pictures on their website.
The customer service : staff is very nice, my only recommendation is that at the beginning when you enter, they greet you and they offer you a place to sit instead of it being a self service option. It would add a nice customer service touch. 4.5/5 stars.

the customer service is not very good you ask for your order and they do not take you complete. You finish eating what you ordered and in the end they never bring you the drinks, nice interpretation but the attention is not very good, more organization is needed
